Departmental System of Payment for Labour: Assessment Efficiency (as Exemplified by the Educational Establishments of Perm Krai)

Shift from unified tariff system to departmental (new) system of payment for labour in educational establishments is considered in terms of administrative reform introduction in Russia and implementation of new managerism in state governance. Opinion of the key target groups about implemented innovations in the payment system of the budget sphere workers has been pointed out through an expert survey.
